FITNESS MONTHLY PROGRAM


Online Fitness Program includes aerobic and muscular fitness, stretching, core exercise and balance training. We will make sure we will tune your muscles, burn your fat and get you fitter ad healthier. The Weight Loss Program comes down to burning more calories that you take in. We can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages and alternatively increasing calories burned through physical activity. We will set your weight-loss goals and make a plan for reaching them. We will make sure you will burn your fat either as new year resolution or as a personal goal and we will get an Ideal Weight for you

 

We have two fitness subcategories:

  1. Gym support: designed for people with access to gym equipments either at home or at the gym
  2. Calisthenic/Bodyweight: strength training exercises that do not require free weights such as the push ups or abs

and two types of programs:

  1. Active: Intensive fitness / weight loss program (daily exercise combined with conscious food intake)
  2. Passive: Take it easy fitness program (occasional exercise with conscious food intake)

  1. Active: Fast weight loss program (daily diet combined with daily exercise)
  2. Passive: Take it easy weight loss program (daily diet with occasional exercise)

Weight gain programs are designed to make people gaining weight by adjusting food plans (usually by augmenting calorie intake) or/and by physical activities aiming to increase lean gain and muscle building.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE / MAINTENANCE MONTHLY PROGRAM


Our Healthy Lifestyle Program aims to improve the lifestyle of adults by increasing awareness of healthy eating and physical activity. This online program is designed for anyone wanting to improve their lifestyle and become healthier. We will make of your health and conscious body fitness a lifestyle either as a continuation of our Virtual Personal Trainer program (follow up or maintenance program) or because you decide to start a new resolution or philosophy of living.

As people grow older, having an active lifestyle is even more important than ever before. Doing exercise on a regular basis can help to boost energy and deal with symptoms of illness or pain. Physical exercise can even reverse some of the symptoms of aging. Our *NEW* Elderly Programs have been designed for seniors with a good general health or even for seniors having some illness condition. Our elderly programs aim to getting seniors more active, improving confidence, and boosting body health and fitness.
