Virtual Personal Trainer is committed to create as many free programs as possible to help out the quality of living standards of our society. Starting in February 2019 all paid programs has been suspended. Only personalized apps and our franchise program will be continued, the rest is all on us.

Weight Loss/Gain monthly program
